Mobile phone credit agreement
Hi everyone,
I would need some advice regarding a phone purchased online on a pay monthly contract.
I signed the contract for the credit agreement electronically however I have never received the phone and now the company is chasing me to pay for it even though the phone was delivered to the wrong address.....
I don't know what do to? This has been going on back and forth for two months and they claim it was delivered to my neighbour but they don't have it either, and frankly they're not even my neighbours since the phone was "delivered" to a different building than mine.
Is there anything I can do to stop them asking for money or do I have to pay!?
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
Thank you all in advance

They will be able to prove that you don't have the phone as the IMEI number will either have no registrations on their network, or will be connected to a cellsite which is not near your home.

Why would you even pay for something that's not your fault.
Complain about it, they can easily tell you if its been registered and will have the IMEI so can block it.0
