Prize received, but not what I was expecting

I had an email from the competitions department at https://www.newsworks.org.uk to say:
"You have won the runner's up prize with The Sun.
Please allow 28 days for your DVD goody bag to arrive."
I can only assume it's from this comp (the subject of the email was Hunger Games)

I've had a parcel in the post today, opened it up to find a copy of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1. No note, just the DVD.
I assumed it was The Sun prize but there was no goody bag. The address details on the front show that it was sent by Organic Marketing (https://www.organic-marketing.co.uk). I have been to the website and looked at their list of clients, of which The Sun, News Group or News Corp isn't one.
So could this prize actually be a runners up prize from a different comp, sent out with no WEM? There have been a number of different Hunger Games comps on recently and I have entered the majority.

If you think the dvd was from the same comp then I would email The Sun and say you have received the dvd and ask if the T-shirt, bag, pin, wristband and phone holder are being delivered seperately? No harm in asking. If they reply and say the dvd wasn't part of the prize so not from them, then just say you made a mistake and look forward to receiving the goodie bag!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

These "Goody bag" comps can be a bit misleading ... I won an XFactor "Goodie Bag" last year that consisted of a (cheap 20p) pen with an Xfactor logo on it and a really cheap cotton bag with an iron-on Xfactor logo ... that was it.
But yeah, this is not what your post was about since the prize was detailed in the post ... as above, I would fire off a reply to the "You have won the runner's up prize with The Sun." email.0 -
I've often had wins arrive in parts, you might still have things to come x#JusticeForGrenfell0

I received the same email so when I get home from work i will see if i have received my prize and if I have I will let you know what mine consists of0

Eas I have not yet received my runners up prize from the Sun so I think the DVD you received may be from a different comp unless the prizes are being sent out at different times to the winners. I will let you know when i get mine0

I received my goody bag today but not had my DVD. Have you received your goody bag yet EAS? I presume my DVD will come separate like yours did0
