Payday loan

Hi,


I took payday loan a several years ago, which resulted me rerolling it again and again + taking another loan from different provider and another and another.
I ended up taking one payday loan to repay another and ended up in deep debt.
I was wondering if anyone was in similar position and tried to claim some charges back and if yes what would be steps to do so?

I would think it's very unlikely. Particularly as you jumped from lender to lender.

You know this is a contentious issue.


If you've never had to go back to them as this is the standard line that regretful customers come out with the "I'm never going to use them again", isn't that compo enough?

Honestly, not worth the stress, put another way if you went bankrupt (after paying up) what would you rather tell your loved ones that you went broke ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
or took out one of these loans? Can you not spare a thought for some of the people who have and may lose their job when doors are shut? Yes I know it is unfair and unjust but it can revert back on you one way or another, be careful what your wishing for, take care of you and your credit file, there is a lot more to consider x
