On the first night I join can my daughter (13) join on the free to go plan or do I have to be a member for a while? Both needing to eat a bit healthy only me needing to lose weight.

I'm 99% sure she is fine to join right away but if she doesn't need to lose weight i'm not sure it's set up for staying the same if that makes sense. It will help you both to eat healthily, not sure if the Consultant can change it slightly so she won't lose on it. I'm sure someone will know!0

It says here: http://www.slimmingworld.com/health/policies/young-members.aspx she'd need consent from her Dr/Nurse first. Doesn't seem to be for maintaining weight, maybe you can go & just feed all of the family whatever you're having with more or less for individuals x0
