Are the pubs open already?0

I have to agree OP, your post is very hard to understand.
I'm confused too.0 -
Glad it wasn't just me that didn't understand any of that either.
OP, if you have been offered a job that you don't want, don't accept the offer. Am I missing something here?0 -
KeepCalm, I hate to ask, but what line of work are you in ?.
Mind you, having tried to get the gist of your posts, it sounds like you are possibly starting work at the same place a me.
Why do I think this ?, because -- No mention of pay until chased.
- Lack of info regarding job pathway.
- Length of time between application, interview and offer.
Never Knowingly Understood.

I've refused part-time jobs paying this much before. You should too. At least request a working wage.0

One of the core things that may help you when talking to the people who have said 'you're successful. This is when you start' is that an interview is a 2-way process. YOU are interviewing THEM, as well as the other way round. It is outrageous that they just tell you a start date. They should be asking you if you still want the job.
It sounds as if you don't, but you do have the opportunity to negotiate at this point. And for heaven's sake ask EVERYTHING now - if you do take the job, having negotiated better T & C, you won't be able to change anything once you've started.Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

Oh bless you Patman, it's in a room of 4 people from what I remember which is what scares me, perhaps I have to remember why that might explain the limiting info having calmed down, nor did the employer seem happy how the job opening had come about so perhaps I need to allow for this?0 -
For info; my parents surprisingly agreed with the poster that has since edited their post and I'm going to keep in mind a post I've seen today so thanks to that poster, for bringing a sense of do the right thing by someone else, I'll always be grateful xx0
