Booked the Park Plaza Riverbank for my in laws to go with Les Mis tickets. When I told the hotel they wouldn't have the card with them used for booking as it was a birthday gift they filled the river view suite with balloons and left a decent bottle of red wine. My in laws said it was lovely sitting looking out over the Thames with their wine after the show. I quite fancy going myself now after they had such a good time and now I can with a discount .

You have to put it in before choosing the hotel -

    http://www.parkplaza.co.uk/reservation/clearReservation.do

If the link doesn't work go to book hotel and then there is a space for the code on the same page as you add dates and city.

    They were lucky!

I agree it's a good hotel but you could just as easily end up with a view of the multiple rail lines :o
