Weather wherever competition, scam or not?

I've received an email from weather wherever saying I've won a mini and to click to choose the colour. Is this a scam. I accidentally clicked on it but closed down the page b4 it opened, it sounds to good to be true so I am guessing it probably is.

First thing is if you didn't enter the competition you will not have won it.

Next, did it say you were the winner or were you just a possible or potential winner?

Their competitions are run by the same group that has various sites on the spam list.
