That was an email. When I applied for them it said I got them, they sent out emails after the offer ending.

The fulfilment period commences on 08/06/2015 and will close either at midnight on 12/06/2015 (“Closing Date”), or when the amount of requests exceed the amount of herb packets available. Any form submissions received after the “Closing Date” will not be accepted. The M&G Herb Collection 2015 packs are subject to availability, there are 2,500 packets available.

How to apply

To request your free herb packet, you must use the following method:

Visit the herb application form page at mandg.co.uk/herbcollection2015. Complete all mandatory questions in the data capture form.
You will be required to provide your postal information so that the promoter can post the seeds to your address. You will also be required to answer questions about your investments.
You can opt out of marketing communications from M&G. If you opt in, you will still have the opportunity to opt out at a later date via the “unsubscribe” link in any of the emails you receive.
