I have been told that they are worn in operating theatres around the country (presumably in white!)
  • quick google and theres a site that says......
**Doctors & Nurses** - Did you know Crocs can help combat MRSA. Their anti microbial footbeds do not allow germs and bacteria to breed.

Well, I do work in an operating theatre, and find them really comfy, being on my feet all day (and all night if on call) They are very popular, but I can honestly say i've never seen a WHITE pair on anyone working in our medical environment! :D
  • The NHS Trust I work in will NOT let you wear the Crocs that have the holes in the upper section. Also the backstrap Must be used.
This obviously limits choice but the staff who wear them are very pleased with them.
  • Are they Chav'y or worse ????

Oh dear, DD got a pair of cheapies at the weekend and I had a try and decided I must try the real ones as the fakes were so comfy........I just ordered primas for myself and athens for my poor mum to keep at work when she's running around. Ordered from Taylors and the total was $79.98. Anyone know what that is in English?

Edit:Just checked reuters and it says just under £40.............bargain!
