What is good and what is bad for you is already on the packet or tin, the traffic light system not easily understood.
And I can see the beginnings of state education with TV programmes about good nutrition on BBC especially.

An option Robin, would be for the government to subsidise the venture .No difference to when they spent millions on anti tobacco advice. They could put a tax on the bad food or a levy of some sort on the processors.
Then just watch the food companies lobby the government to not implement it.

Yes Robin bound to happen, but with social media nowadays can quicken up action. Look how some supermarkets are taking a beating, customers pick up overcharging and fiddles a lot sooner. I seem to get e mails everyday from such as 38degrees and Which.

It is not purely about nutrition - is it? Foods have other messages which are to do with health and can go from unhealthy to healthy over a period of time.

    For instance:

    coffee and tea
    eggs
    animal fat
    butter
    full fat milk
