Best uses for a food processor

I have just recently invested in a food processor and wondered what you all use yours most for. I want to use mine to it's best advantage.
I will most likely use it for blending sauces ... Tomato based, and things like garlic mayo, tartare sauce, possibly breadcrumbs.
Am I missing any other culinary wonders?

Coleslaw, coleslaw and more coleslaw in my house at the moment. Wouldn't mind but last year both hubby and daughter claimed not to like it.
Also:
chopping up veg to hide it in sauces
blitzing homemade soup
chopping frozen fruit which I add sparkling water to, to make a drink
grating cheese
slicing veg
making pate
I'm a Guide leader, so can often end up doing food prep for 30 people, so the grating and slicing is brilliant time saverZebras rock0
