Our buyers offer runs out 2 days after exchange

Hi, Our buyers mortgage offer runs out 2 days after exchange, they have already extended once. Will this mean that they will have to reapply for the mortgage.

Depends on lender (and circumstances) - no (competent) solicitor will let them exchange if offer does not cover intended completion date.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
