I got a free copy today in the post with the freebie and a note saying that there are definitely no mags with the freebie in Brighton, so it must be only in some areas.. she was kind to send me one though

it really was I only emailed yesterday and I got it today, and she wrote a nice hand written note that she used to live in Brighton I have recently discovered the merits of writing politely to companies.. they win too as if they are nice, it makes me much more likely to be loyal to a brand .. I wrote recently to Marie Claire as the Nails Inc freebie was so runny I couldn't paint my nails with it, and they sent me one of their other polishes
