HFO & Hutchison 3g = Muppets!!

Has anyone had any experience with HFO Services?
Basically 3 mobile passed my debt on to Wescot Credit services initially. Debt was 379 quid. Arranged a repayment plan of £35 a month with them... great I thought.
Today I rang to request an up to date balance only to find out that at the end of May 3 took the debt back without informing me! Neither 3 or Wescot wrote to me to tell me so I carried on paying the debt! Found out that I can reclaim the 2 months payments to Wescot,letter is in the post.
Rang 3 to find out what was going on, apparently they cant accept any form of payment from me as its now with a company called HFO.
I rang HFO to find out what was going on only to find out that they have no record of my account! Slightly worried but somewhat happy as i'm thinking I may have got away with this now!!!
Has anyone had this happen to them with HFC and Hutchison 3G (aka 3 mobile).
Part of me is expecting a nasty letter off HFO soon
What cheeses me off the most is the fact that no company has contacted me since I put the initial repayment plan in place! If I hadnt have checked today I would still have been paying Wescot money for nothing!!!!
I wonder if I can claim compensation from 3G for this??

I'm afraid I am not sure about this - it might be worth asking on the phones board as I think a few people have had problems with 3mobile though?
