IVA and Ppi claim

Hi, can anyone help please,
I was in an iva until Feb last year and whilst in my iva I was asked to try and claim back monies previously paid under ppi.
Whilst many paid out I have today found that one has eventually agreed to pay (it has taken 4yrs for them to say they owe me anything)
It is now over 6yrs ago that I commenced into the iva, but I am wondering who is due this money once I have I have received it. Do I have have to pay it to the IVA company or can I keep it (minus fees) myself. As the company I orginally entered into the iva with was bought out 2 weeks before my iva completed the new company only obtained my records as a Closed case. Does anyone have any advice please.

Have you obtained your certificate of completion ?
Did the IVA company require you to sign any paperwork to the effect of, any PPI reclaims must be paid to your IVA ?
If not, then you can keep it, this situation has been successfully challenged recently by someone in a similar position to yourself.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
