I once looked at their website - Lets just say that I was not tempted in the slightest at 336.8% - Even higher than Provident.
Sorry, not the most useful reply ever. I hope you get it sorted as it really sounds like they are nasty sharks. Any mention of any regulatory body who you may be able to contact on any of the documents?

I don't know how they work, how do they collect your payments?

Surely when you made your last payment, that should have been it?!

i thought so too, they say it's for letters and communications through out the loan at first they said i owed £476, they reviewed it and knocked £20 off ha ha what a joke!! now they say i still owe £1000. was paying by standing order or payment book, they keep you log book, which they won't return, but i have got a replacement from dvla.

    Ruddyhell, that's shocking!!

Can't you get copies of all the standing order payments made plus copies of the payments recorded in the payment book and send them off to them??

Surely they must have a breakdown to show how they have got you down as still owing 1K??
