Pension versus early mortgage repayment

Hello,
I'm currently paying £750 on a £130,000 mortgage over the next 30 years and plan to reduce the term when the wife goes back to work (hopefully).
I am also paying £300/month tax free on a standard life pension through my own limited company.
Question is am I better off ditching the pension and putting the £300 towards paying the mortgage early?

Very difficult to say. Who knows how the pension will perform in years to come. If it was with Equitable life, like mine, i would freeze it now!0
