mortage before starting job: with contact.

I hope this hasn't been answered before but I can't find it.

I am hoping to move to a new area for a new salaried job with my partner, who is also starting a similar salaried job.

I am currently self employed for 1 year and therefore cannot really apply for a mortage with this info.

I know that there are at least 3 lenders who will consider an application with a contact of employment which starts within 3 months but I do not know who they are?

I think one is newcastle building society.

Does anyone know who these lenders are?

On a second note; we are considering (not definite) getting a new build and maybe on the help to buy but do not know if any of these lenders would be part of this scheme.

Any help would be appreciated

There is one lender who fits all your criteria (HTB, 1 yr Se/Emp, starting PAYE soon). Speak to a broker and they should sort you out.
