DMP's and Accountants?

Evening!
Following on from my previous post, we have been considering the optio of a DMP with cccs. The main problem is my hubby is a trainee accountant and a member of the ACCA. He has to sign something at work each year to say that he had not entered into an agreement with a creditor.
Does anyone know if he can lose his job through having a DMP or any other implications to consider?
