a spending diary website
spendingdiary

I'm in the process of building up a spending diary web application to help track and analyse daily spending.
At the moment, I'm trying to keep it simple, I'm thinking I don't want to build something that is too complicated - there's already a few sites out there that look like microsoft money on the web, so I'm hoping I can build a site that's a bit easier than that, but I also want to make it as useful as possible.
If you don't mind me asking!
- what would you like to see from a spendingdiary web site?
At the moment the functionality allows you to log spending, and analyse it with different chart types, and download to excel to do whatever you'd like.....but I'm not sure what functionality to build into the site next...
and would you use a spending diary website, and if so what would you want from it?

- budgets would probably be good...and probably budget by category, by month/week/day?
- and with that reporting budget vs actual?
- some sort of savings....but, this is where it starts to blur for me, as it starts to head me toward developing a complicated site including earnings etc.....
