    Nearly all of us avoid tax in some way, where you draw the line between what is morally acceptable or not, is very subjective. I avoid tax in the usual ways, ISA's, pensions, charity donations and I also bed and breakfast my shares.

    The rules were changed in 1998 so I doubt you do this as it was normally understood 20 years ago.

    (which for anyone interested was selling shares one day and buying the next to fully use any capital gains and losses).
