October 2020 is the d-day and I am looking to make it even less.

This isn't exactly a diary but some reading has made me post here.
I am going to look at other posts and add here if it might be of any interest.

Hi Kensico, we've got the same timeframe, hopefully bring it down a few months, but we don't have much wriggle room as we have reduced our term and overpay. Here's to October 2020n:beer:

Quite possibly the worst MFW diary ever written but wanted to update it when I remembered I started it!

We actually finished slightly ahead of schedule.  Last payment 6th June and downloaded the land registry details on 18th June after receiving a letter informing the change had been done.
It seems all very boring when it finally happens the 'lender' is now 'None' instead of 'HSBC' and the restrictions have been removed.

Maybe it just hasn't sunk in properly yet but I think it may do when we don't have that extra outgoing from next month onward.
The 5 years since starting this has flown by so no matter what you start writing now and how long your journey is, your time will soon be here.
