Anyone know the best deal available for a mortgage of £128,250 on a property worth £122,250. Looking for a 5 year fixed rate, and term of 30 years.

depends on your income - if you are looking for more than 4 x your income then it narrows it down significantly but there are only really a handful of lenders that will do this.
Why do you need the extra 5%?
