Car Exempt Letter To OR

Evening All.
Spoke to my OR the other day and he said that if I want my car to be exempt from the bankruptcy (i.e. keep it) then I need to write a letter to them explaining why.
Has anybody got any tips on doing this??

Lots of people here have had to put a case to the OR regards keeping a car.
