Halifax credit check pass?

Hi recently got halifax dip, with a 35% deposit. Submitted the full application and subsequently passed the full credit check!! Is this a good indicator that we'll reach full offer as I have a default from 3 years back and I'm concerned it could be and issue. Or a full credit check pass meaning it's fine?
Thanks

Well they did it over the phone and the mortgage advisor said it came back fine, and then had to pay the valuation fees and send in payslips ect. The score that halifax give you had actually improved at full application it was a B. Am I right to be cautious? Just we've had to pay out for solicitors and a new build reservation fee so I can't help but worry.0
