laser eye surgery for 2 astigmatism

For the first time since wearing glasses 8 years i have been told by boots optition that I have 2 astigmatism in my left eye one standard astigmatism +0.50, cylinder -1.50 axis 90 & also lenticular astigmatism in same eye, even with corrective lenses (tried every combination of lens streanth) I still see ghosting which makes my vision blurry & permanently feel woozy With eye strain & more headaches. Which I have had for years.

I am thinking about laser to fix the both astigmatism or even if 1 can be fixed then hopefully corrective glasses can correct the lenticular astigmatism.

Has anyone here ever has 2 different astigmatisms & did laser help.

Ghosting is often associated with Keratoconus, might be worthwhile asking your GP for a referral to the local Ophthalmology department to be checked out.
