Foot Cramp

Anybody any advice on the the following;

Pretty much every time I excersise I get cramp in my left foot. It comes during most kind of excersises such as running, playing football, any form of continous jumping and even when I'm lifting weights stood up.

I've tried all kinds, different footwear, not tieing my laces as tight, no shoes at all, making sure I'm well hydrated.

I must add that there has been no previous injury to my left foot.
