dealing with Spots

I woke up yesterday with a couple of spots on my neck just under my jaw line.
This morning wake up to a load of lumps/spots on the top chest up towards my neck.
Not sure what caused them. Only thing I can think of is that I used some serum and cream all the way down to that area yesterday. Not something I usually do. But thought I better do to look after it.
Not sure what to do. Just leave them alone or try and dry them out.

Don't use the serum / cream that you think caused them again, and leave them alone would be my suggestion. Sounds like a reaction and if you take the cause of that away, they should go quickly by themselves. Nothing more than a bath (not too hot) to wash any of the irritants away. If they itch then you could put calamine lotion on or a cool compress.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Just have a shower and don't use the serum as suggested above.
More product may make them worse.ally.0
