Hi
My husband and I will be filing our BR next week and are getting very stressed about it. In the past when I have posted on here you guys have been so supportive and helpful I just wondered if you would mind a few more questions!!!

- how often does the OR visit your home?
- Do they let you know when they are coming or just turn up?
- Is it all as terrifying as it seems at the moment?!

1: Never
2: they don't come.
3: No.
If I could convey to you how much nicer life is just a mere few weeks post bankruptcy, you'd lose those fears. No fear of post or phone. If you spend money it's because you've got it and can therefore afford it. Bliss.0 -

Just to agree with the others - you won't get any visits, and, eventually, even the creditors will stop harassing you.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

If any creditors do keep hassling you its satisfying to give them your OR's details and tell them to bother them instead lol
