Not really a simple application so get a broker to look for you.
Limited company, etc0 -
n addition I asked a broker about my own situation in regards to my limited company, but no point for me to include this in mortgage app. This is firstly since I haven't been drawing a salary or dividends, hence my SA302 will be dire.
What did the broker say?0 -

The amount of mortgages available would be limited if I used net profit alone. It would not be tax efficient if I drew a salary/ dividends at present as I am in permanent employment."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
