i recently paid off an old loan.when i got the settlement figure it didnt come anywhere near my calculations for the amount of months i had paid. i was then told that it was a front loaded loan which means i paid all interset on the loan for first 3 years approx. the girl also said that this practace was ditched 3 months after i took the loan out as it was considered unfair. please can anyone tell me if i got a hope of maybe claiming something back..thanks
