Creditor Wont Accept Offer?

Hi, I would suggest you make the payment you can afford, no matter what they say, and include it with your DMP with CCCS.
The pro rata offers will have been based on your spare income after meeting essential costs. The only thing the creditors can do is to take you to the county court. Court staff use very similar amounts in payment calculation as do CAB, CCCS, etc, so they are likely to get what they have been offered in the 1st place and will have paid the court £ 65 for the privilage !!
Please also remember that DMC, solicitors, or whatever they call themselves have NO POWERS WHATSOEVER, all they can do is ask you to pay. They will try to bully you in to paying more because thats all they have.
If you do receive court forms then you must respond on form N9A within the time stated on the form, and make an offer of payment, however small ( the payment you have already offered ) Send them recorded delivery.
