Other factors should provide a greater motivation to drive well, like courtesy, consideration, and first and third party safety.
The cost of insurance might play a small part for some, but in my mind it is the wrong motivator. If one's instinctive reaction to a potential collision event is based more on finance than safety, especially third party safety, that's not good.Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler.0 -
