Facebook: on Legal & General’s Facebook timeline, using a comment, or a relevant picture or video with an accompanying comment, clearly answer the question regarding what you consider your family essentials to be. You must include #FamilyEssentials within the comment or within the accompanying comment if submitting a picture or video. Failure to do so will result in failure to enter the prize draw.

2. All entrants must be over 18.
3. This prize draw is open to residents of mainland UK only (this excludes Northern Ireland).
4. Employees or agents of Legal & General and their families, and any other person acting in connection with this prize draw, are ineligible to participate.
5. Only one entry is allowed per person and multiple entries will not be included in the draw.
6. Entries considered by Legal & General to have been submitted in an unsportsmanlike manner and/or contain offensive or harmful content, will not be included in the prize draw. By way of an example only, anyone found to have created multiple accounts in order to increase their chances of winning will be disqualified from the prize draw under grounds of unsportsmanlike conduct. If a person seeks to enter the prize draw via any combination of Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, only one entry will be selected by Legal & General and count towards the prize draw.
7. One prize will be allocated to the winner of the prize draw. The prize will be an Apple iPad Air, Apple A7, iOS 8, 9.7", Wi-Fi, 16GB, Space Grey. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Legal & General reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. iPad is a trademark of Apple Inc. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.

9. One winner will be drawn at random from the list of all valid entrants using a computer system designed specifically to select one winner at random. The outcome of this computerised selection will be final.
10. Legal & General will contact the winner by direct mail via the same platform on which they entered the prize draw i.e. Facebook, Instagram or Twitter requesting information to verify the winner’s identity and requesting their address and postcode to enable Legal & General to dispatch the prize. The winner must respond to this mail within 4 weeks of Legal & General’s notification mail. Failure to respond within 4 weeks of Legal & General’s notification mail will result in the initially selected winner waiving his/her right to the prize, another valid entry being selected from the remaining entries, and notification to a new winner, in the same manner detailed at paragraphs 8 -10. This process will continue until a winner contacts Legal & General with the required information within the required timescales.
11. Once the winner has been notified and responded with the required information within the required timescales, Legal & General will aim to dispatch the prize to the winner’s address within 30 days.
