Masters degree loan if I have property in my name?

For a start, student loans are not at present available for post-graduate study:there is a government proposal to introduce such loans, but that is not in force yet.
Oh I didn't know. So there are no loans for post graduate courses?0 -
20 years ago, I got a career development loan to do a MSc in Computing. I only had to pay it off once I started working.
I just did a quick Google and found they are still available, however I suspect they are for subjects that the government thinks are useful to the country/taxpayers e.g. science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM subjects).
If you want to do a STEM subject, you can apply to a bank that does such a loan. If you don't want to study a STEM subject, you may find it trickier.
Please see this link on a government web page:

Your mother should also be declarring her share on the letting income.
Income less allowable expenses equals profit.
For mortgage payments, only interest paid on the mortgage is allowable as an expense, not any capital repayment.0 -
one wonders if some-one so incapable of doing elementary research into post grad finance etc would benefit from a master's course.0

Would have been a good idea to explore the post grad finance first, you should be looking into the whole income and hmrc issue if its not been declared to you.0
