So I have all my deposit in my ISA and am completing next week (hopefully). I can't do a CHAPS transfer from my ISA so am going to have to transfer the funds to my current account first before sending them to the solicitor, will this be an issue does anybody know? That the funds will come from a different account? I have asked my solicitor but they only answer about one in every ten questions I ask!

That's fine.
If the solicitors had any concerns, you'd be able to show exactly where the funds have come from.Slummy mummy!0 -
You'll have a statement for the account won't you?0

Yes they have seen statements relating to that account anyway so hopefully it should be ok, thanks.0
