how to buy back-home buy durect scheme

hi,

I d like to get some ideas and opinions on how to be able to borrow more money to buy back the 15% the home buy direct owes on my house.

I bought my house through that scheme and have benefitted of an interest free lending for 15% of my house but now I have to start to pay a fee every month. I want to borrow more money to be able to buy this back but RBS told me that I cant borrow more than 90% of the value of my house.

I am thinking of going to a broker but I thought I d ask on this forum as some of you might be in the same situation, please feel free to share. thanks
