Payplan help!

hey guy's i've been with payplan for 2 months and made 2 payments.
I've just received an email from payplan with my creditors decisions on it, only one of them has accepted the rest say unconfirmed which apparently means they haven't replied. I'm worried im sending money to payplan and my creditors haven't accepted?
Is it normal to carry on making payments?
Thanks

Hi
Yes, very normal!
I'm with Stepchange and never received any official confirmation of acceptance from any of my creditors. When I had to contact them many months into my DMP they casually stated " oh yes your on a DMP".
The important thing is to ensure you are not being charged interest or late payment fees, so do not rely on the statements from Paypal, check with your creditors or on Noddle.
Lots of useful information and support can be found on the DMP support thread so it's worth popping over there and reading back through the posts you will find the answer to almost anything DMP related.
Good luck

Wouldn't worry about it, its a pretty bog standard normal creditor response, just carry on as normal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Also, Barclaycard routinely send me stuff saying "We've not got a repayment plan arranged with you" but they've been accepting my payments for months now so I generally ignore it, hoping they'll just default me...Original Total: £34200.78 / Current Total: £24017.00 (July 2017) -29.88%!
