I wanna cctv camera

one that will record at night onto a mini sd card or similar, so I can view the footage on my pc.
we've got someone (I suspect one of our neighbours) coming round and trying to get our rabbits and not leaving the hutches done up properly.
we've already had damage done around our house last year, but police said as no cctv, they can't help.
we need a cheap but good one. please help
