Pulling out of Mortgage

Hi,
Bit of a dilemma. I have an AIP from Kent Reliance.
I am in the process of buying a shared ownership property.
So far £1200 in fees has been deducted in solicitor fees, kent reliance who will be giving me the mortgage have deduct around £750 and mortgage advisor admin fee of £350 ans solicitors have only deducted £250 so far.
I am thinking of pulling out as the Mrs has had an amazing job offer with a very good pay increase and 6 months down the line we can buy a lot better.
Question is if we pull out do we loose the whole £1200 or do we get some of it back. Also since we only have an AIP when we apply again in 6 months will pulling out of this affect our chances in the future.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

You need to ask the recipients of the fees paid what the refund prospects are.
For the mortgage stuff, look in section eight of the KFI and on your broker's terms of business.I am a mortgage broker.
