Major changes to Bankruptcy in Scotland from 1 April 2015

Hi

I haven't been around much recently, so I'm sorry if this has already been mentioned. Going by a recent discussion on the StepChange thread, it might not be widely known.

There will be some major changes to bankruptcy in Scotland from tomorrow, 1 April 2015.

The Accountant in Bankruptcy website has published a summary of the changes - http://www.aib.gov.uk/news/releases/15151515/0303/cft-guidance-published

Hopefully, more info will be on their website tomorrow.

Not much more I can say at this stage, I'm afraid. :-(
