BS Bull !!!!0 -
Sorry I'm not down with the Internet slang. I assumed as much with BS but was hoping it meant something more helpful.
I'll try the other forum thanks for advice guys.0 -
You need to stop searching for a loan, you won't get one.
You need to contact Payplan or Stepchange, they are free and have helped millions in sorting out their debt.
Go over to the debt free wannabee boards here, post up you're exact situation and you'll get plenty of support and advice.
You're so close to sorting things out, but you must do the above to get the ball rolling.0 -

I don't understand your logic. Isn't that precisely one of the ways that one could end up with very little money?0 -
Hi all, I have been searching for a loan now for about 2 months, been ripped off a few times with the loan brokers or whatever they claim to be, they took £80 out my bank and conveniently sent the confirmation email to my junk folder.
They would not be able to take money from your account of you did not give them your card details. Also, they cannot 'send' emails to your junk folder. Your email client decides what is junk and what is not.
Oh those companies really get under my skin!
I've found a company I need to find a bit more information on and thought I'd ask here if anyone has dealt with this company or know if there is a catch as they sound too good to be true if I'm honest.
The company is called brittfinance.uk and their typical example is borrow £10,000 over 10 years with a 7% interest rate. They also claim they are for people with bad credit, and they do not need a guarantor. They say they are a direct loan company and not a hidden charge loan searching company.
They tick all the boxes for me but I am extremely wary, I know there must be a catch but I can't seem to find one... Yet.
I expect that the catch will come when the specific offer is made to you. The interest rate is likely to be higher and other onerous conditions may be applied.
My finances are out of control I work full time and have 3 young children I honestly don't know where to turn. Threatening letters from my landlord, phone company, electric provider and so on, has really hit me hard, on top of my personal debts which amount to around £4000.
I know a loan is not the answer but I really am out of ideas, paying 1 company £200 a month seems reasonable to me if it rids me of all the mess that's going on.
So please, if anyone knows of this company or has a suggestion for me let me know. Thanks in advance
Aaron
I am sorry that your circumstances are not so great. I would recommend that you speak with one of the free debt counselling organisations as they are likely to be the best option for you. It is important that you understand how you arrived at your present situation. In addition to helping you address your debt this will also give you the best chance of not ending up in a similar situation again.
No matter how attractive the arrangement looks at the time, you cannot borrow your way out of debt. There are many threads on this site by those that have tried and only ended up in a worse position.
I hope you manage to get is sorted.0 -

Hence you must try to rebuild your credit score. There are some mortgage lenders and brokerage firm who can guide you regarding getting a mortgage with bad credit history, for Ontario region Canadalend.com is doing great in this.
Wrong.
The only thing that mortgage lenders see is the credit history; the credit score is a marketing tool fabricated by credit reference agencies in order to sell you more services - namely, how to improve this score (that nobody else sees).0 -
He's a Canadian spammer, so therefore not very smart. Just click on spam.0

If you have paid fees for brokers in the past and they have not found you a loan you can ask for your fee back, and they must pay it. However if their reply went to your junk mail folder, that isn't their fault I'm afraid!
I agree with MEM62 - do not try and borrow more money - go to Stepchange or Payplan for help. Don't pay a private debt firm to help you - these charities will help you for free.0 -
I got all the sympathy for you guys, I've learnt the hard way, i just wish there was a way to stop these people from hounding vulnerable people who are desperately, its not east and not simple just to go to a charity.0
