Unless its in london, youll need to split it into 3/4 flats and rent them out as no body has that sort of money and still rents outside london.0 -

Sorry that I insulted you. I was concerned that that some posts would simply pushing a product rather than answering the question and I did not mean to infer that all mortgage advisors or people on the forum are "vultures". I would guesstimate that 97.5% of the posts on here are from good people who wish to help someone out.
