Anyone understand these mortgage figures?

ok...long conversation with someone at Barclays. They have admitted that there has been an unholy mess made of my mortgage overpayments since 2011. Also admitted they have got my term wrong(they increased it by 18months so no real problem there.) They have offered to put me back into a position that I would have been had the mess not occurred OR I can have £100 compensation for the distress caused.

I would be going through the numbers myself to decide what the balance should be.

Ive asked them and they have agreed, to go through the whole of my mortgage payments and overpayments since the mortgage began in 2011. Then they will tell me what position they will put me in to remedy the situation. I wonder if they will give me back the overpayments (over 20k in total) and add that to the mortgage balance owing.

Ill go through my paperwork aswell.

Barclays are so generous.

£25 for incorrect online details.
£20 for time spent on telephone calls.
£20 for time taken to resolve.
£50 for unclear information on statements.

They say Im not out of pocket. They have also refunded me "£1500 of overpayments".....hmmm
