I have seen people claiming it has been useful but this is with a proper diet and exercise. Don't expect to lose wait healthily by just taking pills.
Losing weight is only permanent when you change your lifestyle, habits.
Also do not fall into the well-known scam - you can see few threads about it http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=173&order=desc&page=1[/URL]ally.0 -
All hype - mainly scams - avoid.0

As my Personal Trainer said, if they worked the NHS would use them! Tempting tho it is for a quick fix (myself included hence asking him!) healthy eating and exercise do work0

Please don't get drawn in by this scam. I signed up for a "free trial" and ended up having money taken from my account every month on a recurring payment. I tried contacting the company, after I eventually found an address, to stop the payments but did not receive a reply. Finally I had to cancel my Debit card and get a new card to get the payments stopped. So please, take it from someone who's been there, don't do it! Even without the online scams (sadly of which there are many...) you can still pick up these sorts of gimmicky products in health food shops and even some larger major supermarkets or hypermarkets. They're all as bad as each other- they just don't work!
If things like this worked, they'd already be used in every country and having being sold by mass pharmaceutical companies to make a fast buck through the NHS at a crazily high rate. As yet the only products I am aware of being NHS endorsed (or able to be prescribed by NHS professionals) are things which are designed to block fat from being absorbed and do this in such an unfortunate way that if there was a better option out there, there would definitely be a market for it through the NHS! So far nothing is being used as a replacement despite this raspberry ketone thing being around for quite a few years now.0 -
Gimmick.
Eat less, move more.

Just pay me half of the price of those ketones.0 -
Thank you everyone

http://dietpill-reviews.co.uk/raspberry-ketones-classified-as-novel-food-and-banned-in-the-uk-and-europe/Raspberry ketone is no longer available to purchase legally in the United Kingdom or European Union and will not be until an application has been made to the Food Standards Agency. Then it will only become legal to sell raspberry ketone after an investigation into the substance and the substance must be approved and considered as being safe to consume, while being marketed in a way that will not mislead customers as to the effects and qualities of the product. Raspberry ketone will have to pass tests in regards to safety and also effectiveness if it is to be branded and sold as a weight loss supplement and this will apply to individual brands of the supplement in order to ensure that the substances that may potentially re enter the market will all be approved by FSA.
I bought them directly from Amazon but felt terrible - then found the link/info above and emailed this to Amazon asking for a refund which they processed immediately.
Do not understand how something can be banned and still available left right and centre as rasberry ketones are sold everywhere0
