  • Just a bit of an update as it`s been 15 days since I last posted.
Last time I posted I thought that OH and the few hours I do, were going to be reduced, but his has stayed the same and I was asked to do some extra OT, which I was very happy to accept.
    So, so far I have:
    1. Managed some overtime
    2. very small win on the Thunderball.
    3. Found some roadkill.
    4. Walked to town and saved on the parking.

I`m going to put some of my savings towards this and make another OP of £510 later today.

The next big challenge for me is to sort out our grocery spend over the next months. I have failed badly on this and know that I can save so much.

    good luck
Keep the overpayments going :T , i try to every month,

Im hoping to be MF in 4 years myself, even though my 25 year mortage is up next year , i have an endowment policy, and even with that coming out next year , I will have another 3 years of mortage payments to go before its fully paid off ,

    Hopefully :D
  • Thanks cbrpaul for dropping by. I`m looking forward to seeing how much this has taken off the term.

    So for today, I have:
    1. walked past the caf!, whilst taking the dog for his walk and made a cuppa at home.
    2. Have been given some free materials to finish off a DIY project.

I`ll save the money I would have spent, into my mortgage jar and pay this into the mortgage at the beginning of next month.
