Advice on a Mortgage AIP

Hopefully somebody on here may be able to give me some advice on my problem.
Currently involved in a divorce and have just had our first Court date ( the FDA ) and one thing I've been instructed to get are 2 different Mortgage Agreements In Principle to give to the Court.
As it stands at the moment myself and my ( soon to be ex ) wife are still living together and have been for all of the time since we 'separated' , which is currently 2 years and 2 months.
I continue to pay the majority of the monthly bills , probably 90% of these bills , but this will obviously change considerably once the divorce is finalised and we go our separate ways.
I have 2 problems with applying for these Mortgage AIPS's:
1.) As I understand it a Credit Check is made on each AIP , is there a way to get one WITHOUT getting these Credit Checks done , as I've been told they can affect your credit worthiness in the future ?
I only need these 2 AIP's for the purposes of the Court at the moment.
2.) What outgoings do I declare on the AIP application ?
I am obviously currently paying our existing Mortgage , Council Tax , Gas , Electric , Insurances , etc , but most of these current bills will be going with the finalisation of my divorce and starting again on my own , they will begin again as a lower monthly outlay.
Any help you can give me would be much appreciated !
