Id perhaps try working with a new broker, the fact that he's confusing you and himself is quite frankly disgusting. Buying an house is probably the biggest purchase of your life and I'd want to feel happy and confident with the broker. Perhaps try https://www.unbiased.co.uk/mortgages I went through this and found a broker I am very happy withSave 12k in 2015 number 218: £5440/£17000 -

I have since found another broker who was fab and went through various options with us. Have a much clearer head and we're hopefully now looking towards a 90% LTV on a lower valued property range than we had been previously. Really helpful and would recommend trying a good broker for anyone who isn't in a straightforward position.0
