Hi, I have a 4.39% 2 yr fix rate mortgage due to expire 31st October 2007.
My original loan amount was £144995 for term of 25 years.
Would anyone be able to advise what my remaining loan balance at the end of the fixed period will be? I called the lender and the person on the phone said it would be £139,152. I tried an online calculator which said it would be £138,323. any idea which is correct?
