    just a quick update, checked my Equifax credit report and this has indeed been removed so i guess i can count myself one of the fortunate few

    As discussed you will be in a great position to negotiate a F&F settlement if you ever get to that position where you have some spare cash?

    Yes I've since gotten a mortgage and my credit history is clear of this now....I guess they write off bad debt every now and again and you are another lucky one ����
